If he has PF, I don't want him on the field at all this season.
I was watching a thing on TV saying that Newman has a slight injury to his Plantar F. I was thinking that the Cowboys would sit him for a few weeks and rest him for at least the 1st regular season game to get straight, but I heard that they want to play him in the season opener. That sounds dumb to me because you don't want to ruin him for the season for 1 game, the Cowboys may seal their fate by being hasty with one of the best CB in the league.

He doesn't have classic PF, he has an actual tear in the PF.
He'll be alright, he might have to miss the Giants game, but one game wont make a difference
There should be a couple of halfway decent corners on the cut lists for other teams. If the defensive line can generate some pressure then that helps the secondary.
Personally, I'm more worried about the guy who's been trying to teach Roy Williams how to wrap a guy up.
