I like most of the articles SI has done on Duncan, especially the ones McCallum writes. He seems to have a soft spot for Duncan and has written some nice stuff on him.

I think you're missing at least one commerative edition - the '05 version. I can't remember if SI was doing those in '03 or '99, though.
