And we don't need another bbq "franchise" here.
I love when Sunshine's avatar pops up in any given thread.

The sauce is definitely different, but tasty. What do you think is in it?
They do mail order for their ribs. I was gonna send my dad some, but they do it 2nd day air and it cost almost as much as the ribs...so I passed.
All of the recipes these resteraunts work on, I guess, are based on this like multi award winning recipe for ribs, brisket, whatever.
The barbq sauces they have also are the .
The hottest of the BBQ sauces is called "Devil's Spit"
Go to Llano and eat at Cooper's then talk to be about the best bbq.
Damn good stuff there.Go to Llano and eat at Cooper's then talk to be about the best bbq
Worth every minute of the two hour drive.
Salt Lick in Driftwood and City Market in Luling both disagree.
plus "chains" and "good food" don't go together.
keep an open mind about it, and give it a shot.plus "chains" and "good food" don't go together
The saying definately doesn't hold true with this place.
But are these "chains"? Most indepently owned/operated places are good.
Go to Llano and eat at Cooper's then talk to be about the best bbq.
I'll take your word for it, and save the 2 hour drive.
