    Cy Young: Peavy... dominated everyone.
    Silver Slugger or w/e: Fielder
    ROY: Braun, Tulowitzki, Pence

AL don't care about because the AL sucks but i like pitching so...
Cy young: Sabathia, most consistent SP even though i like Carmona more

Beckett and Peavy are locks for the CY.

    MVP: ARod, Holliday

Don't care about the other awards...

The more I read the more it looks like Sabathia is a lock for the Cy Young in the AL. They say that his streak of quality starts as well as number of innings fully overshadow the extra win Beckett has on him.

Beckett plays for the Red Sox and won 20 games. I'd be shocked if CC won, especially since he'll probably split votes with Carmona.

Yeah I don't know I was just passing along what Peter Gammons, Buster Onley and Jason Stark all said. They all seem to think that it's Sabathia's barring a major break down in his last start. But I'm fully aware of the east coast bias

    Gammons?

He had Beckett filled in as his choice 3 months ago.

Beckett or Sabathia are great choices for Cy.

Peavy in the NL is probably a lock.

    MVP: ARod, Holliday

    ROY: Braunn

Thats funny you should mention the AL sucks. Being in an AL market, you'd be hard-pressed to even know the NL existed. No ESPN, no highlights, nothing.

Its weird...my friend and I were just talking about this same thing. The NL is like an entirely different sport in terms of coverage and exposure.

In the AL, Justin Verlander 4th in the Cy Young voting. Ordonez 2nd for MVP.
    Don't care about the rest.

Fielder might make it interesting for the NL MVP, but Holliday has to be the favorite.

    AL
    mvp: arod. not even close.
    cy young: beckett or sabathia
    roy: dustin pedroia

    NL
    mvp: prince fielder
    cy young: jake peavy
roy: braun or troy tulowski, i'll take braun

darkhorse: erik bedard for the AL cy young. IMO, he should win it, but lack of wins and a ty orioles team is gonna make that impossible
