If Spurs do like other nba teams, it should be media day on Monday 1st and training camp start on Tuesday 2nd.
Has anyone heard about training camp next week? Any media days, etc.?

Without NBA beatwriter Johnny Ludden, there are no tidbits that occasionally float in.
The Express-News will hopefully replace Johnny with someone decent. The summer of 2007, since July when Johnny stopped posting articles, is without question the Express-News' most flaccid attempt at keeping Spurs fans informed.
Yes, that's true for the Spurs.
Even woai hasn't said anything about the schedule. Did I imagine that two years ago they said training camp this summer would be in Moscow? Does anyone else remember that; and if so, what happened to those plans? Are they staying here this year?
unfortunately none of the preseason games will be televised. Shame that most NBA teams still don't air them
I believe they asked to go Moscow for last year when they ended up going to France.
Here's the preseason schedule.
Tue 09 @ Dallas Preseason 7:30pm
Sat 13 vs Panathinaikos Preseason 7:30pm
Thu 18 vs Golden State Preseason 7:30pm
Sat 20 vs Detroit Preseason 7:30pm
Tue 23 @ Miami Preseason 6:30pm
Thu 25 @ Orlando Preseason 6:00pm
Fri 26 vs Houston Preseason 7:30pm
No coverage at all?
NBA.com?
Anywhere on line?
NBA TV isn't doing any games or just no Spurs games?
If I sound desparate, I am.
I am so done with this off season.
I'm ready for Spurs Basketball. NOW!
Audio League Pass is free on preseason
Wow, the new season is just around the corner. I didn't even notice.
I think I am going to be the new beat writer.
why aren't they even attempting to cover these games?
just cause we're a small market team means that they can walk all over us.
we demand spurs coverage!

I live in Dallas and just bought tickets for the Spurs-Mavs. I am excited.
Thanks.
Hearing it is better than nothing.
But I still wish there was at least a game or two that I could watch.
There should be the team photos that are taken on media day released somewhere.
Possibilities include:
Spurs.com
NBA.com
Getty
Yahoo
ESPN-On their Spurs team page.
Thanks.
Easy come on if last year taught us anything it is that the season means nothing at all for the Spurs. If i see any threads about them sucking in the pre-season or even regular season i will laugh. I told so many people last year even Kori herself to relax and that the Spurs are better than what they were showing at times. As long as there are no major injuries i am good, Spurs will be there.
That's all fine and good but it doesn't mean people don't want to watch them play in the preseason![]()
I bet they'll broadcast the one against the Greek team, but otherwise it's a frustrating way to start the season.
The game in France last year was broadcast free online... I don't think it made tv locally (of course it was like 2pm locally)
With any luck someone will start a couple more Scola threads before camp and the season starts to take up our time.
Man, this place has been boring and repe ive for the past few weeks.
Yeah because we all know that counts for a lot.
You don't understand that some people enjoy watching the team whether it counts for a lot (or at all)?
Does anyone know if Mahinmi is healthy and recovered from his injury? With Elson's broken face, he could see action in pre-season. This would really be the 1st chance for many fans to see him play much, since he didn't play Summer league. It would be interesting to see if he has any kind of game. You hear such different opinions.
