    Unfortunately yes. AJs pride won't allow a change but perhaps owner Spanos will intervene.
    Norv is in so far over his head. Now i don't even know where he gets the monkier of "offensive play calling genius". He is terrible at playcalling.

    I never understood the firing of Marty.

    I understood the hiring of Norv in theory: keep the offensive scheme the same. It would make sense with such a talented roster, same with the hiring of Cotrell.
    That theory has proven to be absolute dog . The team does not seem prepared for Sunday. The team does not have the unity it once had. The team is in trouble. With all that talent and a record like this, the head coach must be blamed.

    They should had went ahead and hired Rex Ryan of anything. With all those studs on defense. There is no way that NE would have destroyed them by that much if Ryan was coaching that defense.

    So then I guess this was the problem in Oakland and Washington too where he went a combined 58-82.


    It's just a respect thing...........couldn't be that he's a terrible head coach.
