Dan Nwaelele has Pop's vote to make the team.
20 in camp: The Spurs have invited five non-roster players to camp, though one of them missed Monday's media day activities. Dan Nwaelele, a 6-foot-5 forward who was the leading scorer for Air Force Academy last season, is expected to be on hand for today's opening training camp session.
Other non-roster invitees are Kris Lang, a 6-11 forward-center from North Carolina; Keith Langford, a 6-4 guard from Kansas; Anthony Lever-Pedroza, a 6-3 guard from Oregon; and Darius Washington, a 6-2 guard from Memphis.

Will still trade you Alston for cheap. Cash only! He can be at your training camp too.![]()
Since it's not James Lang, Marcus Williams' roster spot is safe.
We'll dump Beno if any of the guards intimate competence at the point.
Land, Langford and Washington seems to be decent training camp invites. I'm more skeptical on Lever-Pedroza and Nwaelele.
I notice too that Spurs haven't bring someone close to a long SF at the training camp.
So the 15 roster players are:20 in camp: The Spurs have invited five non-roster players to camp, ...
Duncan, Parker, Manu, Bowen, Oberto
Barry, Bonner, Elson, Finley, Horry, Udoka, Vaughn
Beno, Mahinmi, Williams
Do I have that right?
isnt darryl armstrong still available on the market....
Dan Nwaelele is actually not on the Spurs official press release that was issued today...
