I just wanted to wish everyone here a safe and happy holiday season for whatever it is that you celebrate.
We're leaving tomorrow. Driving. With the dog. And two bickering kids. Maybe I'll hang out in the bed of the truck for the drive..

I've just been asked to work out-of-town on Christmas Eve.
I'm going to do it because I'm taking tomorrow off for a friend's graduation.

By saying Deming, I assume your going either to Phoenix, or California.
Demming being on I 10 in NM, I drive through it frequently in May and October every year.

Whilst it's hot down under, it's still holiday time. I'm driving down the coast tomorrow with some family and friends for awhile to the customary holiday spot.
