OMG Parker is the worst at shooting Treys. I had him on my fantasy team and dumped him in favor of Jason Terry cause at least the guy could shoot the 3 ball.
Got a Parker basher on another board claiming he is not in the top 12 pt gds.I know, whatever.
But, specifically he is using Parkers fg%, claiming its a result of all layups.
Kori i thought ran some stats that showed Parkers fg% is indeed very good the past two years from beyond 8 feet. Anyone got that, Kori? did a search cannot find.
Last summer Tony was gonna work on treys before the broken finger. This summer he was occupied with Team Frenchie and now the twisted ankle. Plus his fingers are occupied with Eva. Will we have to put off till summer 2008 til Tony can up his trey shooting?

We're really glad Terry can hit the three ball in regular season games and a few vs Golden State.
Yes Tony needs to improve his treys for sure. But for now, what is his fg% outside of layups? Maybe it was timvp who posted the stats?
Well Tony scores a bunch but his assist and rebound numbers aren't that great either. Not for a fantasy guard.

You can too use nba hotzones stats :
Go on nba.com -> stats -> nba hotzones
Tony shot 40% from 3 last year. Not really that bad. He just didn't shoot them that often.
The gracious timvp was able to provide these stats when I raised this questions about a month ago.

Usually shuts up most the Parker haters.![]()
Tony is an unstoppable scorer at his best and a top 3 finisher around the basket.
Parker is a great guard for the Spurs. Just not a great fantasy guard.
Check that...the hotzones stuff is from two years ago....amare only has a few shots to his data set.
you guys rock.
