So the only reason she has a job is because she sucks?
I have a coworker who has to be the most disgusting human ever.
She's in her fifties, smokes, has an annoying Noo Yawk accent, financed her job at 27% apr, stresses everyone out about her work though shes at the definitive bottom of the firm's totem pole and is doing simple printmonkey work, and had to be reprimanded for routinely uttering racial epithets in the office and elsewhere in the office building. Every question comes with an accusatory tone, she barges in on people even when their doors are closed and she will dig through the firm's records when no one is around to find out everyones salary and other information. She will unload her work on others without any consideration for her fellow employees. The first G rated word that comes to mind when I think of her is inconsiderate.

To cover some of the responses so far, the boss won't can her because he feels sorry for her, she does nothing a hardbody coed fresh out of college couldn't do (*drool*), and yes, she did finance a new set of ties at that rate.
If your coworker is indeed that bad then why hasn't somebody spoken up and said something to said employee?
