Hypothetically speaking..... if someone was able to dunk from beyond the 3pt arc, should it or should it not count as a 3pt play?

I understand the first thought is that an alleyoop or a tip in doesnt count as a 3 but no one else is touching the ball during the play in this scenario.

yes, it would be a three-pointer, just like if you jump behind the line but cross it and land inside the three point line, it's still a three pointer
