Page Six's ever-alert observers spotted the duo enjoying a romantic dinner at Graydon Carter's Waverly Inn on Tuesday night. The night before, Armstrong was seen "making out" with the tiny actress perched on his lap at the Gramercy Park Hotel's Rose Bar.
The mental image of her sitting on his lap while making out is pretty disturbing, wouldn't you say?
Really... their 2 pictures in the link look like a 40 year old guy with a 14 year old girl.

She's 21, just because she looks younger doesn't mean she is. She's an adult, and if she wasn't short you people wouldn't be saying but congratulations to Lance
She may be 21, but consdering how she grew up in the limelight, I bet she is pretty mature not to have ended up like Britney and Lohan. I say, whatever may make them happy and isn't harming anyone else, go for it.

Lance and Ashley together still look pretty gross. What's with these twins dating much older guys? They're always at least 10 years older.
Armstrong is 36 or something....that's what, 15 years older? Not exactly a complete generation gap there. I guess you could say he's old enough to be her father...but just barely.
As for her attraction to him.....well, he's a worth a mint and is pretty high profile....she's got money, but not that much, and her profile isn't that high.
