I'll have to check when we get home and see what ours says. We had LP last year and never had that issue. Weird.
I'm on the West Coast.
Tonight's LP schedule has the Miami/Indiana game starting at 4:00 my time.
It has the Spurs game starting on the same channel at 5:30 my time.
I've never run into this before.
There's no way the Miami game will be over in an hour and a half.
Does anyone know if LP will interrupt the Miami (East) game to show the Spurs (West) game in its entirety?
Or am I screwed and will only get part of my Spurs game?
Has anyone else got experience with this happening? Two games overlapping on the same LP channel?

I've had LP for years and never saw this.
A late game would be on the same channel as an early game, but the timing was ok for that.
This doesn't make sense.
Two games on the same channel an hour and a half apart.
I'm not pleased.
I'm thinking I'll get the whole ing Miami game and just the end of the Spurs game.
Not what I spend my money on LP for.
I have the same thing in my area, both games reflect that they will be shown on Team 1. I think that the game will actually be shown on the NBA Preview channel. BTW Spurs Training camp is going to show at 7:30p.m on the NBA channel. Hope that helps.
Mine says Team 2 for both.
I hope you're right and they use the Preview channel for one of them.
Thanks. I calmed down a little.
Mine is said that Spurs game will be showed from 6:30 pm. 2nd half?
Yep, we just checked and same thing. I too will be pretty pissed off if we can't watch it. The Miami game definitely is on now.
It's not showing on Time Warner in the central tx area. I'm pissed.
I've got the same thing - the Mia-INd game. When the schedule actually shows Spurs/Queens. I've never seen 2 games scheduled for the same channel before.
I got nothing. I'm ing pissed. First, we were overcharged for LP (and are still dealing with that) and now we don't even get the ing game I want to see? this, man. The whole point of LP is to watch the games I want. I want the Spurs. Clearly someone in scheduling ed it up.
There is still a full quarter + left in the MIA/IND game. UGH.
I'm not at home but the Heat game should be on NBA 3 (753 on DirecTV) and the Spurs game on NBA 10 (760 on DirecTV).
My apartments offer free expanded basic cable....i don't have a fancy tv, but its a digital ready tube tv and somehow I get a random selection of digital channels
so i can watch all these free league pass games
weird
Some news...
I just got home.
My LP has the Miami game, it appears they have the Spurs game after it (6:30 PST).
My advice to those in the same situation...check your guide on your TV. When I move mine ahead it says the Spurs game starts at 6:30.
I'll keep you guys posted, please do the same.
I've got Comcast.
If it's Comcast/TW, you're just screwed.
I feel your frustration.
See my post above this, there may be hope yet!
Same crap i called my local provider i am here on the east coast and he gave me some line about how the league did not know where to put the game and his screen is reading to be determined or some . 3 years of league pass and this has never happened before what the is going on???![]()
I just called T/W myself and I was told that Killeen-Temple is considered local and there is a local blackout enforced. Go figure.
BTW what's showing on Lifetime?
Try NBA League Pass Broadband -
http://www.nba.com/broadband/league_passBil.jsp
just type in user name & at least for the first week you can get it for free.
Houston certainly isn't local though, so we shouldn't be getting blacked out.
And the broadband isn't working for me.
And ing Miami and Indi are killing me with their damn close game and ing timeouts.
GRRR.
And even if I could see the game in entirety, I can't blog, and that makes me unhappy.
I have Time Warner and the Spurs/Kings game just popped up after the end of one of the games already showing. SWEEEEET
Yeah they just switched it over. For this game it has not mattered this has been an blowout but still this crap has never happened before with what we pay for league pass, should never happen.
Just talked to Time Warner. Apparently their LP screwed up. The Spurs game was scheduled for 8:30PM CST. Of course we all know it started @ 7:30.
LP switched over the the Spurs game about 6 mins left in 2nd quarter.
Logged a complaint. Will receive a partial credit from TW on missed portion of the game.
Rep said there have been some isolated issues with LP scheduling as of late.
How am I watching this game if I am in Dallas? Wouldn't the game be blacked out because Fox Sports SW still covers the Dallas Area?
