I thought they played well last night. That said, I watched their other games, and they still rely way too much on T-Mac. As much as I see their offense can improve under Adelman with more time to practice, their defense is already cracking from the JVG era, and that's only going to get worse.
guess the kings and grizzlies are better than the Lakers and Jazz... wasn't it you who said the jazz were top 3 team in the NBA earlier?
i feel good about the game because we're catching em on the end of a b2b... with that said i feel they're only marginally better than what they were last season.

But they played a fake and fluke team. When one fake team plays another, is it real? Were those lucky shots that the Mavs hit, or were they simply beating a team they were supposed to beat?
Both teams were just trying to shoot some shots.

Surely that 3 that Dirk hit late in the game was fluke because it had to bounce in. Otherwise, T-Mac would have had an amazing performance like he did against the Spurs a couple of years ago when he was just hitting 3 after 3 that he was supposed to hit.
They did both play hard.

I watched this game in the Philippines after watching a Filipino League B-ball game... they actually put the max height for players in the local league at 6'6".
And it's no comparison, the Manila Sandsharks would beat the Mavs anyday.

I thought last night's Mavericks-Rockets game was entertaining. I guess when you have two fake teams playing each other, you get a real result. Negative times a negative equals a positive, you know.
The Rockets and Mavs are both first round flukes, but the Rockets are by far the worst team in Texas.

Today's game was very very shameful. The rebounding you saw today was like Manute Bol and Yao vs. Muggsy and Boykins.
All I know is that he said the Spurs were going 10-0, and if they did, mono was gone for a good length of time, but I don't know if it was for a month or the entire regular season. Of course, Houston is a "fake" team, and they hit some "fluke" and "lucky" shots to win tonight, so this loss won't count.
Two weeks. And if the Mavs beat the Spurs during their first meeting of the season, than SD is gone until the playoffs. Thank the lord.
