It's just a temporary ruling until the judge is able to hear the case. This will let O'Neal return under the ruling by the arbitrator but only until the judge can make a final decision, so that O'Neal if they find for him will not miss beyond what the arbitrator decided on. He may still have to sit out those 10 games later if the NBA wins the appeal. This is far from over.
