The so-called "best defensive team" can't stop the Wolves role players?

    Kandi abusing your front line???!!

    Hudson having a field day?

Overall the Wolves are playing terrible and still winning??!!

Wolves bench making the difference while the whole spurs team look like they left their energy in Orlando.

It should not be an excuse. To be a good team you have to beat the best even in back-to-back situations.

KG is not even a factor in this game.

The Spurs are just showing their true colors.

You talk a lot of trash for a fan of a team barely holding onto .500 and is only a game and a half above the clippers.

    Enjoy your losing streak!

Even Boston has a chance to win this Sunday and the Suns game is a no brainer. they WILL WIN on Tuesday.

BTW The Spurs record is misleading.

    Misleading how?

BTW: The Lakers are 1.5 games above 10th in the West. Hot streak by the Clips or Nuggets, and the Lakers are looking at the Lottery.

Misleading becuase they're beating teams with one or more injured players and teams that don't belong in this league.

Dallas, Denver, Philadelphia, New Orleans, Chicago, Golden State are not elite teams.

The only good team the Spurs have beaten is the Heat and without Dwayne Wade.

The Sonics are a good team and of course we know how those two games went.

    Merry Christmas!

And you're getting beat by Chicago, Memphis, Utah, Washington...and the best one of all...San Antonio.

    Thank you, come again.

The Lakers' record is misleading as well. If you lose to a team like Chicago, you are clearly among the worst in the league.

In December the Lakers lost to:
    Chicago
    Memphis
    Washington
    Phoenix
    Seattle
with scheduled losses upcoming against Miami and Toronto.

    November losses:
    SAN ANTONIO OWNED!
30-point loss to Utah (without Arroyo)
20-point loss to Memphis (without posey or Bonzi)
    Orlando put up 122
    Another Phoenix loss
    Sacramento

LA's record is misleading - they are getting routed by teams that are injured or dont belong in the league.

Dallas may not be a elite team, but they are better than the Lakers. Denver's record is just shy of LA's. Philly is a game out of the playoffs.

Then again, The Lakers are a rebuilding team while the mighty spurs (accoording to you) are considered the "best" in the west and are favored to win the le.

    Yeah Right!

Outside San Antonio, they are not the best and will not win the le this season.

The spursies beat the Kings and Lakers very early in the season.

    That won't happen again.

You have the chance to prove yourselves beating a good team like Minnesota and what happen? they are getting embarrassed in front of their own fans.

    Spurs 65
    Minn 62

That is getting embarassed? Gonna be one of an embarassing season for the Lakers.

It's not impossible to get to the playoffs when you are rebuilding. I know it's happened at least once. Especially if you have a future hall of famer on the team. Even though the Lakers lost one HOFer they still have another.

    65-65 after three.

You were right about Garnett playing amazing - he almost has a quadruple-double.

    13 points
    9 rebounds
    8 assists
    6 turnovers

    4-13 shooting

The Wolves are clutch, KG, Cassell, Spree all can score in tight situations while the Spurs are choke artists and can't close out games.

If the spurs lead was big, then they have a chance, a close game is not good for the spurs.

    The Wolves will prevail.

Really - tell me some big games that MINN has won in their history.

Oh yeah - before last year they had never even won a playoff series. Very clutch. They should buy the "Clutch City" trademark from Houston.

I'm talking about the players, Cassell and Spree in the past have won games in the clutch for other teams.

Expand on this statement if you will.

If the Spurs lead was big, then they are obviously doing something right...which would be winning games.

Which is something the Lakers have done less of this season than a number of other teams in this league.

Really? How many rings does Latrell have? What are some clutch moments he has made?

    Parker - 1 ring
    Manu - 1 ring
    Bowen - 1 ring
    Duncan - 2 rings
    Rose - 2 rings
    Horry - 5 rings

    vs
    Cassell - 1 ring
Madsen - (2 or 3 rings won in spite of his play)

OWNED AGAIN - dont you get tired of having your butt handed to you?

Do you really think that Cassell's clutch moments come anywhere near Horry's clutch moments?

EDIT: you could also probably include Manu's world Championship, Manu's Gold Medal and his European Championship, if you are looking for clutch playin.
