I personally don't give a about anyone's power rankings but what is it you're trying to do? B/C some guy named Mike Monroe has Dallas as #1 on his "Power Rankings" you're all excited and feel the need to create ?
C'mon fella, I hope you're better then that. It's "power rankings" for 's sake. That's just a fancier word for "some guy's opinion".
Besides, Boston is the best in the league right now seeing as how they haven't lost a game.
