i got mine for my daughter last year off amazon, but there is a hardware store, Zinger's, here in austin that sells the same radio flyer i got her. i remember being disappointed it was hard to find a non-plastic wagon in stores, so i bought it online.

At www.radioflyer.com you can do a search of where to buy the things. No single-store search available, but you can see who they sell through.

In addition to Wal-Mart, Toys 'R' Us, and Target, I found the following...

Radio Flyer Wagons are classic.

The Little Tykes Wagons are great even though they're plastic.
They come in 2 sizes, a smaller one for a toddler. They're built strong, they're light enough for a toddler to handle but sturdy enough to not tip easily.
Plus they can be used for water play because they don't rust.

We always had one of each when my kids were little.
