You've got all I've been able to find.
It looks like we won't know until closer to game time.
All I can find is articles that say he might play if he has a good work out. the game notes on Spurs.com have a starting lineup of Bowen, Oberto, Bonner, Ginobili and Vaugh. they also had parker starting against the lakers though. Does anyone have any other information?
