Jailblazers are on a roll...would be so much sweeter in sure with Oden on the floor...regardless congrats.
I say YES! We have now won 8 in a row and B-Roy has been spectacular. He has truly emerged as a superstar in the league.

Great young player and the Blazers have been great recently, but sorry no.
Kobe, T-Mac, Deron Williams, Nash, Tony Parker, Chris Paul, Allen Iverson, Baron Davis are all guards.
Go Roy. I'm seriously hoping for zero Spurs at ASW.
My fantasy team salutes Roy's excellent play.![]()
The guy has been good. He plays the game well, but "No" dude.
Brandon Roy is the best guard in the NBA. An All-Star selection would be fitting.
*BUMP*
I think B-Roy has a good shot at being added by the coaches.
He is an All-Star. I think the Blazers great play has to be rewarded.
Too many guards for him to make it. Kobe, T-Mac (only because of voting), Nash, Ginboili and Chris Paul will probably be on there. Is there room for six? Does he deserve it more than AI?
Kind of sucks they still only allow 12 players from each conference. THis is the same number they allowed twenty years ago and there's a lot more teams now.
Roy will get in before Ginobili imo.
nope. manu's a vet and he's got better numbers
It will be tough. If Kobe and T-Mac start, then that should leave 3 guard spots available. Nash and Paul are very likely especially since no point guard is starting. Then Roy will also be battling Baron Davis and Allen Iverson, who arguably have been playing better and whose teams have almost the same record. Roy, Manu, and Parker may all be on the outside looking in.
I think the coaches realize how good Roy is. His value doesn't necessarily show up in stats which is why it would appear that other players might be more deserving. Roy is a top 10 player in the entire league imo.
Coaches also realize the value of players like Allen Iverson and Baron Davis. Brandon Roy is a top 10 shooting guard in the league.
He's a great player, but I wouldn't call him a superstar just yet.
Dude are you serious. Have you forgotten about Kobe, Nash, Baron, CP. All better than Roy. But I have to give him props cause his team's on a roll and he's playing well.
Roy> TMac. He has the "it" that T-Mac will never have. He has the ability to energize and lead his team to victory. Tracy lacks that, same as his lame duck cuz Vinny Carter. Losers are peas in the same pod, no matter what numbers and popularity say.
Roy:
19.2pts 5.7asts 4.5rbs .85stls 1.87to's
Shooting 45.7%FG 33.9%3FG 79.2%FT
Team record--24-16 (far exceeding expectations)
Manu:
19.5pts 4.1asts 4.6rbs 1.56stls 2.75to's
Shooting 44.6%FG 40.7%3FG 83.2%FT
Team record--25-13 (about even or below expectations)
If it comes between these 2 players, I see no way that Manu wins out.
like i said, manu's got better numbers (in six less minutes) and he's a proven vet. roy's not getting in over manu.
It's not coming down to Roy and Manu.
It will come down to Iverson and Baron Davis.
Hard to argue with those numbers.
I take a little pride in predicting Roy was the best player in that draft class. And that was just from viewing clips of the various players' college highlights.
Roy doesn't have the athleticsm of some of his counterparts, but he seems so composed.
yeah!
