Given all injuries, I find that 3-3 is a good result. With Monday's 100-95 loss to Phoenix, the Spurs completed perhaps their most rugged stretch of the season to date — a six-pack of games against teams that made the Western Conference playoffs last season.
Given that they played none of those games with both Tim Duncan and Tony Parker in the lineup, perhaps the Spurs should be satisfied to have gone 3-3 over that gauntlet.
Now, Spurs have an easy schedule for the reminder of the month.
5 games in 13 days with only one of the road (tonight against Memphis) and only one against a team (Raptors) above .500.
