Tis The Season For Giving To The Children
They may not have bellies that shake like a bowlful of jelly, but for some special patients at CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Children’s Hospital, a visit from Spurs and Rampage players and the Spurs Coyote was just as magical as a visit from Santa Claus himself.
Spurs players Manu Ginobili and Jacque Vaughn and Bryan Helmer of the Rampage joined the Spurs Coyote to deliver toys and spread joy to patients at CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Children’s Hospital on Sunday, December 23
Children at CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Children’s Hospital received toys donated by the Spurs and had the opportunity to meet players from the Spurs and Rampage teams. This is the 11th year the Spurs have donated toys to patients at the CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Children’s Hospital.
That's great! I wonder if they did that on their own, or if they were asked. It doesn't matter, but I'm still curious.
Thanks for posting that.
I'm sure that stuff is arranged by the Spurs and Christus, and it's actually part of NBA players' jobs -- but I've got no complaints about it. It's a great thing for any sports team to do.
Manu's hand is heavily bandaged.
Manu seems to do it every year
yeah they showed him on the news trying to write with his left and when he couldn't he started to write with his right. I wonder how that turned outManu's hand is heavily bandaged.![]()
