parker however is a better decision maker than barbossa and even if the defense has somehow stifled him, rarely does he ever not make any contributions on other aspects of the game. barbossa has, in the past, been completely shut out of games. in last year's playoffs against the spurs, barbossa was a non-factor most of the series.

No, it's not even. It's not even in the REALM of being even. Parker is better at every aspect of the game except shooting. MUCH better defense, better distributor, ball handling that's light-years beyond Barbosa, can create his own shot MUCH better than Barbs.
