had a ref saw his expression, that would have merited a technical simply for the principle of the thing.

was he looking at the ref or his teammate who looked like he was about to cry?

He was looking at Primo Briesic (sp?). The guy is 7 ft+ wearing every accessory on the rack, diving for loose balls in a game where the Pistons were up by 20 (or so).

I dont know what Sheed was thinking, but my guess is "What the are you diving around on the floor risking injury in a game we're winning by 20?! Dumbass...."

Not only up by 20 but there where only 30 seconds left in the 4th. Got to love his effort though.

Primoz gets dissed for working too hard in garbage time. Darko got dissed for not giving a in garbage time.

What's a big clumsy white guy supposed to do?

Maxiell's shaking his head like "that guy's nuts", too. The first video is the third time he dove for a loose ball in garbage time. It was the third straight time, and it happened with 30 seconds left in a 45-point Piston win. Can't fault the hustle, but pick your spots, man.

Edit: In the 2nd video Kriz posted, Primo would've landed on skinny Rip Hamilton if he hadn't cleared out. Ouch.

And only up 21, instead of 43.

If lazy-ass Rasheed (is he a Muslim?) had played with Primos' energy his whole career, he'd be a lock for HoF.

If Primo had Rasheed's talent and skill, he wouldn't be diving for loose balls in blowout games to earn garbage minutes.

I think it's more a matter of court awareness than talent or skill, as in "hey, we're up 43, and there's no way in I'm saving that ball anyway."

Not sure, he's named all his kids arabic names ala Shaq and on Shaq's wikipedia profile it says he is Muslim. Also on Wiki they post Sheed's middle name as Abdul. Not to sure though, also it's wiki FWIW.

Not my point. If Primo had Rasheed's talent and skill, he wouldn't be in a game where one team is up 43 points and he wouldn't be trying to earn more minutes.

No, he's not. Wallace is not an Islamic name. black americans just come up with the coolest names for their children.

Sheed? try Odom. or better yet, Olowakandi.

Sheed's expression in the first video is simply priceless.
