Ladies....do you ever get PMS so bad that you just want to HIT SOMETHING?
I usually have (what I consider) mild PMS. I get over sensitive, moody, quieter than usual, but never just so irritated and frustrated that I want to take someone out!
I have this particular co-worker who's getting on my very last nerve.

What exactly is disgusting about a picture of pre-menstrual syndrome? It might be disturbing, but hardly disgusting. I'm assuming you know that PMS is the swing of symptoms that happen in the post-ovulation phase (the luteal phase) of a woman's cycle, leading up to her period and the beginning of the new cycle?
These are the sorts of things you should learn before dating.
Sunshine - I sometimes get that way too - how well I'm eating and how much sleep I have play a big factor in it. PMS seems for me to be minimized if I eat less salt and more fresh vegetables (and avoid processed foods) and if i get about half an hour extra sleep. Otherwise . . . I've wanted to snap SFIE's head off his neck for no real reason.
I have it and HE'S driving me crazy.
You have to understand that he's 6'5", weighs about 300 lbs, is mistaken for a woman all the time on the phone, giggles, laughs maniacally, talks to himself CONSTANTLY, will jump up and down, clapping when he's happy about something.
He just came over to offer me, bowing and speaking in Japanese, his leftover egg roll from lunch.
You might have hit the nail on the head where diet is concerned. I've been eating a lot of popcorn lately, b/c I crave salty stuff when I PMS AND I've been going to bed at least an hour later than usual.

He's always annoying, but today in particular. We all figure he must be bi-polar because he's rarely ever just -even-. He's either bouncing off the effin' walls or slumped over and mopey.
