    Wonder if he'll accept. That will really hurt Dallas. I don't think Jerry Jone has the balls to fire Wade and promote Garrett. Garrett wants a HC job so he'll bolt I'm sure.

    Sadly, I agree.

    I think JJ will offer a ton of money to Garrett to stay but the lure of a head coaching gig may be too much.

    That would really help the Ravens. They have a talented team, but their playcalling has been so horrible the past couple years that they couldn't ever get far.

    I doubt he takes it. ESPN reported that it's a 60/40 chance that he will take it. Man how will it be next year in Dallas if Phillips and Garrett disagrees on something.

    I dont think so either, he would be better suited staying in Dallas as an OC for another couple of years. He is still young and if he fails this early, it could tarnish his reputation.

    Man, people forget that Brian Billick was the architect of that high powered Minny offense from the early Moss' years. Was it the play calling or the lack of offensive talent.

    The latter. Garrett needs to consider taking the job, but he should know that there are no Romos or TOs waiting for him in Baltimore.

    As for him being to young? BS. He's 41, and Cowher, "Chucky", and Fisher all had HC gigs in their 30s.
