People should never get their taxes done by one of these fly-by-night tax preparers. Ultimately YOU are responsible for your taxes.

And NEVER do the rapid refund thing. There is always a built in fee associated with it, either deducted from the refund itself or built into the tax prep. The fee turns out to equate a significantly higher interest rate than if you just borrowed the money until your refund check arrived and then just repaid the loan.

It makes zero financial sense yet thousands of people do it.
