Parcells is bringing half the staff with him, no surprise here. All this means nothing if they dont get the personell to execute the plays. Dolphins still need a complete overhaul with some good drafting and free agency signings.

Too bad Jerry Jones can't fire himself. HE is the problem and always will be no matter who his Coaches and players are.

Dolphins fans would actually be happy to choke in the playoffs.
Won't affect the Cowboys too terribly much. While he did have input in developing the offensive game plan, he wasn't the "running game coordinator" anymore and the Asst. Head Coach label was just a leftover from Parcells. He was just a little more influential than normal offensive line coach this year.
It doesn't surprise me for him to be going to the Dolphins, not only because of the Parcell's puppet thing, but because Parcells did trust him with the running game last year and the running game should be the focus for the Dolphins, since they have a good defense, and no one to speak of in terms of QB and WR.
