    Exactly and POP is one of the best coaches in the league has been for years. He is also pretty much unfireable at this point. He is like Belicheck with the Pats, he has won too many les to fire. A new coach would do nothing for the Spurs. This is a VET club that has won multiple les. They don't need a new coach to tell them how to win, they already know how to win, from themselves and their current coach.
