They waived him because he's injured and will be out for quite a bit more time. He might be back this season, but I'm not sure he would be much help to the Spurs when he does come back....
The Warriors waived Troy Hudson to make room for Chris Webber. He is now available. Do any of you think the Spurs would be interested in him? Your thoughts and opinions on him.

He had hip surgery a few weeks ago and won't return till April. If he returns at all. Nelson made it sound like it was a career ending injury.
