AUSTIN, TX - Justin Reed led the Toros in scoring with 34 points in Austin's 105-100 overtime victory over the Utah Flash. The home team led by as many as 22 points in front of a sell-out crowd at the Austin Convention Center including Spurs' head coach Greg Popovich.

Five Toros scored in the double figures including DerMarr Johnson with 21, Keith Langford with 14, Ian Mahinmi with 12, and Kris Lang added 11.

James Lang and Garry Hill-Thomas both recorded a double-double for the Flash to add to a team-high 18 points by Curtis Stinson.

The Toros head to Tulsa to face the 66ers tomorrow night for their first game of a four-game road trip. Utah plays at Rio Grande Valley on Sunday.

Pop's bodyguard had orders to kill until Ian fouled out in the last minute of regulation. Then he got mobbed by a bunch of kids during OT and ducked out before we got a chance to go over to him.

He was in foul trouble for a good part of the game. And when he wasn't, he was being guarded by the 7'2" Fesenko (the big Ukraninan Jazz guy), so he didn't get very good looks.

besides pop the only thing i noticed at the game was a hot blonde sitting courtside. Oh and Ian is pretty damn big in person and Fesenko is even bigger, pop is smaller.
