Finally a Versace.
Here's a little update on phase II of The Shops currently under construction.
Phase II will have:
Versace
D&G
Urban Outfitters
Metropark
Armani Exchange
Ruehl
Barnes and Noble
Gilly Hicks
And more.
There will also be office, a high-end grocery store and four restaurants.
Phase III will have more upscale retail, more office and residential mid and high-rises.
Finally a Versace.
yeah you can finally use that $20 gift card I gave you for christmas
a D&G
very nice.
Especially Versace. Been wanting a new suit.
someone explain all these to me because I only know barnes and noble and versace and urban outfitters. What are the others?
thats the funniest I have heard in a while
what San Antonio really needs is a Niketown!
I agree. T Park's ness has reached an all-time high.
BH, why do you get your jollies off reporting what OTHER people are developing? are we supposed to be impressed by what you're NOT doing? loser.
But he's "the developer"........it says so right under his name.
Those are some mighty fine stores.......that I'll never frequent.![]()
armani exchange.
i always laugh inside whenever i see some with his hair all ed up with an armani exchange shirt about 2 sizes too small on, wearing sunglasses inside.
"I'm a and I can't get a natural tan... so I think I'll just soak in bronzer"
I still don't get that look.......especially the ey hair thing.
Walk into a gym anywhere in the United States nowadays and inevitably three of the trainers are walking around looking the exact same.
Yep, that's the guy.
He needs his ass kicked.
i don't know. he has a superman belt on.
he must be pretty tough.
that scene from "Back to School" comes to mind.
has he developed anything?
This again?
Seriously, didn't this conversation already happen?

Yeah, I don't feel like going into Buddy Holly's value in the real estate business..........which is none.........anymore.
We've established that he's on the forefront of all Chili's and strip mall openings around this area and that he brings donuts to guys that no one has ever heard of.
It's not really worth going into again.
You have me pegged. By the way, I don't do commercial work, just residential. And if you actually do want to know, one of my first ventures was being part of the group that teamed up with Brownstone out of Houston to build 20 residential units in (now) historic Tobin Hill. Currently on the 11th home. Down the pipeline plans are to eventually do a similar number of homes in the Five Points area.
