This site gives you $.10 to start with and you can bet single games or parlays. I'm up past $1.00 and have actually had a friend that has cashed out $25. It doesn't require you to ever put money in - the bets are paid by advertisements.
If you lose, you just get a new $.10.

no, because I don't think it would be legal if you could do that.
The whole reason it's not "gambling" is because you don't have to put up any money. It's a pretty interesting concept.
