Terrorists (you know, the people trying to kill you and me), are being afforded more rights and protections in interrogations than Joe Blow who knocks over the local 7-11.

Well, even if they get to use stress techinques again, all they have to do is read that article to know how to beat them. This of course doesn't apply to current prisoners.
