that was asked in another thread somewhere off in never never land and the answer was yes. i dont remember the reason just that he was still eligible.
didn't really feel like going through the 1000 threads on Barry, so i decided to add another one.
would he be eligible for the playoffs if he returned to the Spurs? he would not be able to resign for 30 days, and people added to rosters after march 1st i believe are ineligible for the playoffs.
anyone know anything else about this?

Yes, he would be eligible for whomever picked him up. The requirement is that he be WAIVED by 1 March. He has met that requirement.

Interesting. In order for that to happen, I think, KG would have to back off lobbying for the Celts to pick him up. They grew close in Minny.

True. Hopefully the suckage that Boston has gone through lately, and the other moves that has gone on recently will let Cassell be more open minded.
