Well that's a relief.

“As of 10 a.m. (Tuesday), there is no decision,” Barry said. “There have been so many changes over the past few days it’s very difficult. Just because I’ve cleared, I don’t have a timetable that today is the day I have to decide.”
If Pop wants him, Pop's reached out to him.
Ugh Ok this is to much. To be stressing over a guy who's not named Tony, Manu or Tim. I'm just gonna wait it out now.
Guy being smart and gonna take the time to make the right decision. Imagine all these people calling him pleading to get him. Its alot of pressure for anyone. Speaking of which, we keep hearing how Steve Kerr and Nash have talked to him and how Houston and His brother have sort of went after him and even Boston, but what about San Antonio? All I know is that were in the hunt, but has any of the players talked to him and has Pop made the extra effort( come to see him at home) to get him. Im sure Barry recalls Pop going to see Staudamire at home. Poor Brent having everyone want him is making it nice, but the best fit is hard to come by. I, obviously gonna say the SPurs are the b est fit, but if i had to pick someone else....Heck, I cant, I dont think he is a great fit for any of these teams. STAY BRENT STAY
I read somewhere that Pop and some of the team had called him.
Manu said he called him the other day. It was on the News.
Barry draws it out to see if anyone will offer him more than the min. Also somewhat smart to act like it's a tough decision. Then again, maybe he's just joking around.
And so Barry Watch '08 continues . . .
POP just needs to go to his house. Simple as a handshake and a sorry for putting him in this position.![]()
I'm sure pop has done that. And if not then maybe the Spurs don't want him back too badly. He's been injured for the most part. He won't be able to play for at least another month. Spurs know it will be hard for him to have playing time with Manu, Fin, Stoudermire, Parker and Vaughn.
Too much love!
At the end of his career, I bet he follows the money.

If he re-signs with Spurs for this/next year, I'd suggest a no-trade clause.

The guy who writes that seems quite reliable. He was the first to speak about a Shaq to Phoenix trade. My first piece of info...
Barry called last night and said he was coming to Phoenix...then called back 5 minutes later and said his agent got another offer. Steve is on his way to SA to try to convince him. Stay tuned.
I've heard that Pop invited Barry to a dinner, also he gave him 3 botles of wine and ofcourse Barry drank them all.
No worries he has already signed with spurs.![]()
WTF would he go to PHX.
Barry is thisclose to becoming a San Antonio legend.
Make the right choice. F the Suns.
could you elaborate on that..
Unless the Suns are offering more $, that makes no sense.
If thats true than he aint even considering the spurs..
you can scratch Houston off the list
He called him like after the trade. He just said that he spoke with him and Barry didn't know what he wanted to do. You know the same stuff that's been being said around here. Nothing too out of the blue. I was just replying to those who have thought the Spurs aren't trying to reach him.
Oh, dayam.![]()
why? now the rockets can offer him not just PT, but a starting gig at the '5'.
thanx man
