He is just one of those short fat guys “like tlong”, that bends his elbow an inch & they call it a bench press…I can legitimately bench 135 lbs…![]()

that guy has some short little T-Rex arms.
After a search of youtube I sadly cannot find the footage of Phil Hartman as the roided out Soviet weightlifter who rips his arms off trying to dead lift 3,000 lbs. That would have been my witty response.
"It might not hurt right now but boy is he going to feel it in the morning!"

I loved the All Drug Olympics.
I miss the days when SNL was funny.
That's Ryan Kelly I think. He holds the world record for assisted bench press at 1050 lbs. The heaviest bench press without any equipment to assist is held by Scot Mendelson at 715 lbs. The heaviest drug tested bench press without any equipment to assist is held by James Henderson with a lift of 711 lbs, sort of ironic.
Also, I'm pretty sure I can kick that guy's ass.
What is more impressive is the Japanese dude who holds the world record for pushups at 10,565. (I think that is the exact number) That is literally Dragonball Z status.
Over how long a period?
He did not press it.
They did counted it?

It's towards the bottom and it says non-stop, so I guess it was one set of 10K.
Dude, I am not short!
Man that is unfreakinbelievable!! Straight!?? They need to check and make sure that guy doesn't have robotic arms or something. I cannot believe that!
The 1.5 Million pushups in one year sounds impressive too. You'd have to do 4110 pushups a day.
I mean I could see that before I can see someone doing 10k in one setting.
I can do 20k, I just don't feel like it.
ROFL
that guy is the definition of a chode
lit'rally
I knew you could, I was talking about that Japanese guy.
omg he was! awesome
on another vid on youtube, they show him lifting 1120lbs
Weak, he had help.
