o there. I'm new on this forum but I had to search for a Spurs BBall site for fans and this seems to be the creme de la creme of Spurs fan-based forums.

I would first like to state for the record that I believe your team is still favored to win it all. But also believe that it will be my Lakers that would give Tim Duncan et al the most trouble if not, sink your team again as was the scenario circa 2004 (or in socal terms - 200.4!)

Anyway, I look forward to meeting your Spurs again in the play-offs.

I don't know about you guys but winning just ain't as good unless the compe ion is fierce. I would actually be disappointed if we don't meet up in the playoffs.

Agreed. I want to win the le against the best. That's why I was really disappointed in Yao's season ending injury. Here come the Rocket fans telling everyone that your team got this or that only becasue Yao was out. Same stuff last year with the Spurs concernig the Mavs getting bounced by the Warriors or Horry's hip check...etc..etc...etc. happens but most want to make excuses about why their team lost.
