In a huge game he comes up the biggest with Tony and Manu struggling.

40 min, 31 pts, 15 reb, on 12-20FG and hit 2 huge FT's down the stretch when he was bit shaky at the line but never at crunch time that is when the MVP shows up like a champ and gets it done. Dirk played great but TD is well TD.

Don't forget the 3 assists, 1 block, 1 steal and only 1 turnover.
He was 7-10 at the line.
He looked great, he wanted this game. It was obvious from tip, he played with fire.

    My kind of Spurs game.

Tim Duncan has always been the core of this team...when he is on, the Spurs are pretty much unbeatable...never forget that!

    I did know tonight.
He had that kind of game, I could feel it.
There are plenty of games where I hold my breath when he's at the line but not tonight.

He was a joy to watch the entire game.

He played a beautiful 1st half. I thought that the Spurs went away from him too much in the 2nd half but when they needed it most he came through.

Excellent game for Timmy, stepped up to take over for TP and Manu. Some great shots by Finley too.

Beats the stupid ASS Scola Thread if you ask me. How does Duncan not have his own thread, that everyone posts in when that hack does???

No but you can talk about the great game he had, especially since the game thread got closed.

He is 32 years old, i am more appreciative of his greatness than ever seeing as it may not last for too many more years.

Duncan just goes about business without all the flash. As far as I'm concerned he'll never get enough credit for all he does.

Some of the guys that get more pub than him don't play with any real flash that i see. Look at KG, all he does is shoot fadeaway jumpers and scream like he is having an orgasm when he dunks.
