    I wish.

    @ Milwaukee
    @ Nets (back to back)
    vs. Nets
    vs. Pacers

The last time the Spurs won in Milwaukee? 2004. Nets just aquired two Spur killers in Harris and Diop, not to mention Jefferson and Carter are both healthy. That's three good players the Spurs will have to defend. The Pacers game I'm not worried about but last time we let them shoot lights out in the first half. After that?

@ Denver (back to back from Pacers)
    @ Phoenix
vs. Denver (back to back from Phoenix)
    @ New Orleans
    @ Detroit
@ Philadelphia (back to back from Detroit)
    vs. Boston

Brutal stretch. I will consider it a good stretch if the Spurs go 4-3. Some tough tests are coming up and lets hope the Spurs are ready to pass them.

The hard part is that all these games matter, because it is so tight in the West.

The road to the 'ship is a hard one.

Well, there are those two tough ones against Denver; at least there's a cupcake in between the two.

BTW: Denver on the back end of a B2B TWICE in a week?

    Can that be a coincidence?

Utilizing our depth is the key to this stretch of upcoming games. We need to see more Kurt Thomas, Horry, Udoka and Mighty Mouse, and less Ginobili and Duncan. Manu needs to have a full tank heading into the playoffs. I don't mind being a 3rd or even 5th seed in the West if it means we peak at the right time.

    Wow, what a brutal sched.

Thats fine, if they execute and play well, they should win alot of the games.

Plus, its good for em, gets em in top playing condition for the playoffs.

Spurs will play 18 games in March.

FYI, Spurs haven't played 18 or more games in one month for at least 20 years.
I wouldn't be surprised to learn that Spurs have never played 18+ games in one month in their whole history.

Spurs have a very deep team, I think Pop will open a lot his bench in March even if Spurs loses some games because of that. Pop has always done a good job at bringing the team healthy and not too tired for the playoffs.
