On the first day of NFL free agency, the Cleveland Browns first locked up quarterback Derek Anderson with a three-year deal.
On Saturday, they gave him a new target to pass to.
Donte' Stallworth, who played last season with the New England Patriots, agreed to terms on a seven-year, $35 million contract with the Browns, $10 million of which is guaranteed.
"Donte' will be the major addition to our offense this year," said Phil Savage, Browns GM and senior vice president. "He will bring legitimate speed, quickness and playmaking ability to the receiving corps and add a different dimension to the skill players we already have in place."
Stallworth caught 46 passes for 697 yards and three touchdowns as part of a receiving corps that included Wes Welker and Pro Bowler Randy Moss.
Stallworth's best overall season was in 2005, when he caught 70 passes for 945 yards and seven touchdowns as a member of the New Orleans Saints.

Juerivicious as well
Stallworth is a waste of skin. He's a guy with #1 receiver talent who's really a #3 receiver because he rounds his cuts and drops so many passes.
