lol I thought it was funny... and if that was a Spurs player that did it to a Suns player, Spurs fans would be loving it. JVG is right, way too much lovey-dovey daps among players these days. I agree with Jamstone. No big deal here. It wasn't like he slapped Duncans hand away, he just happened to grab his teammates hands to help him up instead, who gives a . I also agree if Duncan had done that to shaq we would have been all over it like Duncan was hard, and how he was sending a message, besides it is not news that Shaq doesn't like or respect the spurs.

I think the spurs are lucky that stoudemire is playing like stoudemire. Stoudemire vs Spurs is the definition of fould trouble over the last few years.
Shaq is only to be pitied at this point. I hadn't watched a whole half of b-ball from him this year, but was shocked when he got the rebound RIGHT UNDER THE RIM, and the best he could do with a full jump and extension was a bunny layup off the window. Even the Shaq that arrived in Miami a couple of seasons ago was able to dunk without a runup start.
The announcers were all over the "he's a role player at this point", but the reason that people are saying it's a bad trade is that you don't pay ing role players $20M. That's cap death, and they're stuck with his fat, no-jump ass for two more seasons.
On the flipside Nash just named Duncan as one of his fave 5 players to play with of all time. So there the ultimate sportsman just rectified Shag's not letting Tim help him up move.

I'm proud of Duncan trying to be a good sport, but don't even offer to help that asshole up. Let him sit on his fat ass until it takes 4 of his teammates to pull him off the ground. Shaq has never been classy towards the Spurs, he's not going to start now.

on another note, the Big cactus is the worst name Shaq has ever had. Might be the most fitting though since a cactus is highly immobile and retains a lot of water.
I would've loved for Duncan to have retrieved the ball and pounded it back into his chest.
