I was told the way they scheme this is find already fit people and pay them to blimp out. Otherwise these photos are a 12 month timeframe, not 12 weeks.

Body for Life is a legit program, but from what I've heard (used to post on a board where someone transformed herself using BFL), the after pictures are after SEVERAL 12 week cycles.
Spurstalk should sign TPark into this compe ion as a representative of this board
