The Lakers still put up 60 pts in the half. They will put up another 60 and you can bet your ass Sac Town won't shoot near perfect from the field again, this is a carbon copy of the last game. Still the Kings have found a way to attack our pathetic defense and we have not responded, Phil is taking the night off again it seems.
Kind of hard to play great defense when you replace Andrew Bynum with Pau Gasol.
Trevor Ariza and Bynum are the two main components in our defense. Ariza can hang with guys like Artest and Bynum will shutdown penetration in the paint and alter shots. Without them we just can't play great defense.

I don't think a jinx is needed for the Kings to lose to the Lakers. I have no doubt the lakers will come back. It's not like the Kings are leading by 30. But 71 points is 71 points.
the sad thing is that sac-town didn't shoot near perfect (unless you call 54% near perfect) which implies some major defensive issues.
