lol, IMO the Spurs played terrible last night and should have lost, maybe it was the Denver announcers getting into my mind, but we seemed to get a lot of calls.
oh well, at least I know the Spurs can do much better then that.
Spurs toss you guys a bone. BFD. I suspect the Spurs want to help you in the playoffs, so they get the chance to help you go fishing yet one more time.
Spurs definitely played like horse last night. The 3rd quarter they got a TON of ridiculous calls and DEN was getting outright cheated out of the game. I remember one play in particular when Melo was pushed over the half court line by Duncan and they called an over and back on him. If the Spurs need this kind of help to beat the lowly Nuggs they won't be repeating this year.

Perhaps it was a makeup no call for either Carmelo's chicken wing on Bowen to escape a double team earlier in the quarter or for Carmelo's various travels. In any event, if that's the worst thing that happened to the Nuggets all night from an officiating standpoint, they might not want to voice those complaints to Tim Duncan, who got killed on several offensive efforts without drawing calls.
Officiating doesn't decide games -- bad calls almost always even out and, even more appropriate here, the Nuggets had numerous opportunities late in the game and couldn't convert.
The Spurs got screwed on numerous calls themselves, especially all those supposed "good strips" by K-Mart where he usually just grabs ahold of someone's arms and starts clamoring for a jump ball.

I don't quite follow your logic. First off, why would I be butthurt? Second, what does that have to do with you admitting that your favourite team was once dominated by another team?
