delfino and herrmann are both free agents after this season. We need young and athletic swingmen. i know i may be BS 'cause i'm an argentinian but how do you feel about signing these two guys next season?

Delfino, I question his mental toughness.
    Pass on Herrmann.

delfino is averaging almost 10 pt with 40% from 3, plays good defense and can actually dribble the ball. the only swingman in the spurs right now that can do all these things is manu

Barry's D has come a long way in the past few seasons...still not great, but his offensive skills (shooting, passing and decision-making) more than make up for it...so, yes, I will take Barry over Delfino any day.

    see raptors fans like him.
now how many times this season have we read things like: "finley sucks", "barry isn't making shot sit him","we need to get younger"...

Expectations are different for .500 teams in the east.

and in my opinion herrmann is better than delfino. he's big size small forward which could help us a lot in the rebounding area, a great 3 point shooter and a lot of fun to watch (he could be a dunking option besides tim and manu )

It would be nice to snag Carlos and James Jones for the MLE, but I doubt that can be done. Delfino's on my shortlist for next year's swing rotation.

if we could land Hermann for the LLE or trade exception, I'm down with that.

I think you guys are really aiming low in this thread. Consider next years likely line-up
    The almost certain:
Bigs - Duncan, Oberto, Bonner, Mahinmi, Splitter
    PGs - Parker, Vaughn
Wings - Bowen, Manu, Barry, Udoka

We need a two wings, a big, and a PG.
I expect the Spurs to resign KT using his Bird Rights, which fills the big slot.
I expect the Spurs to sign a 3ed PG for either the vet min or the LLE, which fills the PG slot
I expect their 1st round pick to be a wing player. 1 wing spot left, with the whole MLE to play with. I think they need to aim higher than Delfino. Delfino is NOT getting the whole MLE from anybody...
