    Anytime I try to run the chat on ST, firefox freezes up. And I've noticed lately anytime there's Java anywhere, it freezes firefox up.

    I tried it on IE, same result.

    This is a fairly new laptop, 3 months old. When I got it I installed the Adobe Flash player, and Java from Sun. And I haven't noticed or really tried using it I suppose.

    My version is Java 6 update 2.

    Any help or tips?

    Only Mac that's worth a is the iMac, but it's to expensive for the basic stuff I do on a computer.

    Yeah, I've noticed that happening a lot lately with the latest Firefox, try going back to a older version or run the dredded IE instead...
