How many games has the bench lost us this year? We don't need Michael Finley to have nights like tonight. If he can just play passable ball down the stretch, it will be a huge improvement. With tonight's game he's maybe up to 30% shooting for March, and still hovering around 2 boards in starter minutes.

Michael Finley was 8-for-9 from 3-point range in the Spurs win over Denver to advance to the Western Conference Semifinals. That ties the NBA "record" for most 3-pointers made in a game for a player on a team which eliminated an opponent from a playoff series.

Some people on this site hate on fin-dog because he sucks. We need to milk Barry's return for all it's worth if he is going to bother not to suck with that pressure on him.
As one of his strongest critics on here, I'll give him props on an "out of this world" game. However, let's not get all overjoyed because of one game. Time will tell if this is the beginning of a resurrection or just a blip in the middle of his series of shooting slumps.

Couple nights ago he had 10 on 5 of 7 shooting against Chicago.
Was 4 of 6 in first half against Sacramento.
So is it still a blip on the radar?
