I hope I got the link correct...but isn't this the play where Tim rejected Dwight's dunk attempt? If so, it certainly does "appear" that Dwight was in the process of making Tim part of his poster, which was completely FALSE in this photo, for those who know. Just thought I'd raise an eyebrow.

The only thing that matters is that right above the photo it says, "Spurs 107, Magic 97 (F)". The Spurs won the game, and they used a Dwight Howard highlight photo. If the Magic had won the game, they would have used a Dwight Howard highlight photo.
If the Spurs win the championship, don't be surprised if they run the story with a Dwight Howard highlight photo... or mention in the story that LeBron was the AllStar MVP.
