Mavs win.
No Dirk = Mavs lose
With Dirk = Mavs maybe win
Can we get somebody else to start the game thread? Don't want this bad mojo fool jinxing anything.
Mavs win.
If Dirk plays, he's only in for about 12 minutes total. Of course I could be wrong. The team is hiding any Dirk information like it's the cure for cancer.
Golden ing State right in the ing neck .
Which is as it should be, don't want other teams knowing one way or the other.
I can't see any way the mavs lose. Everyone expects them to; everyone has written them off; they have one thing left in the world to play for; they are mad because they can't ever beat GS. The only prob for them is if it becomes a total shootout and they are without nowinski. Without him they don't have the power to keep up. I see a big mavs win.
We can beat them, just not more than a 1/3 of the time.
avery's gonna run around like a kid that needs to pee.
it's funny that everyone wrote The Mavs off for the playoffs but yet they are still the 7th seed and Dirk is back........
I know they have some tough games coming up but i could see them beating the Warriors and then getting their act together for the last handful of games
Warriors and Nuggets are the ones in trouble.
[QUOTE]They're like, what, half a game up on the Nuggs? And we don't know for sure that Dirk is back yet. He might not get his customary 35+ mpg.
As are the Mavs. And it will be fatal for one of them.Warriors and Nuggets are the ones in trouble
oh, i thought he was definately coming back.
Even just having Dirk on the court will make a difference. The thing is that Kidd and Josh Howard still need to mesh. It seemed like Howard was ineffective before Dirk was injured.
With Dirk/Howard/Terry , Kidd should be getting 20 dimes a game
That's too bad. Without Dirk this goes from a "must win" for GS to a "will win".

no dirk. not rick roll.
We'll be at home and the Dubs are on the 2nd of a b2b, but I have to make them slight faves with Dirk out.
their starters didn't play much of the last quarter yesterday
Which means the b2b factor will be minimal.
Where's Kevin Love being projected at these days? it, I'd rather get into the DeAndre Jordan picture.
Hansbrough is a second round talent but we should go ahead and take him at 14 cuz you never know if someone else will take him.
If we could somehow gut this one out w/o Dirk and Stack, it would really go a long way towards clinching a playoff spot. We'd essentially be 3 up on GS in the loss column with the tiebreaker, and we probably wouldn't win those roadies against LA and PHX anyway with those guys.
This one is pivotal, shorthanded or not. We could really use a Bennett Salvatore home-cooked meal...
Before the tourney he was available at 14 in most mock drafts, but the latest one I saw had him in the 9-11 range.
